Настоящая Политика конфиденциальности является составной частью Пользовательского соглашения Сайта и действует в отношении всей информации, в том числе персональных данных Пользователя, получаемых Администрацией Сайта в процессе работы Пользователя с Сайтом, исполнения Пользовательского соглашения и соглашений между Администрацией сайта и Пользователем. Использование Сайта означает безоговорочное согласие Пользователя с настоящей Политикой конфиденциальности и указанными в ней условиями обработки его персональных данных; в случае несогласия с этими условиями Пользователь должен воздержаться от использования Сайта.
Перед использованием Сайта Пользователю необходимо внимательно изучить настоящую Политику конфиденциальности.
Персональные данные 
Предоставление в любой форме (регистрация на Сайте, осуществление заказов, подписка на рекламные рассылки и тд.) своих персональных данных Администрации сайта, Пользователь выражает согласие на обработку персональных данных Администрацией сайта в соответствии с Федеральным законом “О персональных данных” от 27.07.2006 №152-ФЗ. 
Обработка персональных данных осуществляется в целях исполнения Пользовательского соглашения и иных соглашений между Администрацией сайта и Пользователем. 
Обработка персональных данных производится исключительно на территории Российской Федерации, с соблюдением действующего законодательства Российской Федерации. 
Согласие Пользователя на обработку его персональных данных дается Администрации сайта на срок исполнения обязательств между Пользователем и Администрацией сайта в рамках Пользовательского соглашения или других соглашений между Пользователем и Администрацией сайта.
В случае отзыва согласия на обработку персональных данных Пользователя, Пользователь уведомляет об этом Администрацию Сайта письменно или по электронной почте. После получения данного уведомления Администрация Сайта прекращает обработку персональных данных Пользователя и удаляет. 
Сайт не имеет статуса оператора персональных данных. Персональные данные Пользователя не передаются каким-либо третьим лицам, за исключением случаев, прямо предусмотренных настоящей Политикой конфиденциальности. 
Меры по защите персональных данных 
В своей деятельности Администрация сайта руководствуется Федеральным законом “О персональных данных” от 27.07.2006 №152-ФЗ.
Администрация сайта принимает все разумные меры по защите персональных данных Пользователей и соблюдает права субъектов персональных данных, установленные действующим законодательством Российской Федерации. 
Защита персональных данных Пользователя осуществляется с использованием физических, технических и административных мероприятий, нацеленных на предотвращение риска потери, неправильного использования, несанкционированного доступа, нарушения конфиденциальности и изменения данных. 1. What information does EurasiaFamily.app collect?
Eluosiqizi.com is an online dating service where members can search for other members and communicate with them.

- the gender of your preferred matches

- your profile photo
You also have the opportunity to provide other details about yourself, but these are optional. 1.4. What does Eluosiqizi.com collect about me if I use the mobile app?
Eluosiqizi.com offers you the opportunity to stay in touch with the contacts you've made no matter where you are.
We may ask you to allow us access to your location information including latitude and longitude. This information lets you search for other members in a certain radius from your current location. You can disable the permission by going to your phone Settings > Location > Disable tracking or similar.
1.5. What information is collected from me if I pay for your services?
We do not collect any financial information nor your chosen payment method. Please note that while we do not store any credit card or other payment card details, our payment service providers may do so.
1.6. Can Eluosiqizi.com collect information about me from other sites I use, such as Facebook?
If you have registered on our website or app via a social network (such as Facebook), we will connect your profile in your service with your profile on the social network website for your convenience, to let you use this sign on option further. The information that we request includes basic details such as your name, gender, date of birth, email address. However, we may only collect the information that you have made publicly available on your social network profile, and we will ask you to answer the rest of the mandatory profile questions separately in the case we have not been able to collect it from your social network profile.
In order to revoke access, please visit the application settings on your social network profile and follow the instructions to remove the access permissions.

The Eluosiqizi.com matchmaking service is designed to make it easy for you to find, connect and interact with other members by posting information about yourself and seeing what other people have shared about themselves.

3.1. For how long do you store my personal information?
At the moment, your profile and any files you have uploaded (photos, videos, audio files) are stored indefinitely, unless you request otherwise.
3.2. How can I delete my profile and personal information?
You have two ways to delete your profile and personal information from our site. The first is to send your request using the Contact us form on the site, or by emailing jiehun@eluosiqizi.com We will delete your profile within 2 business days, without the option to restore it.
The second is to delete your profile yourself. You can delete your profile by going to Settings > Delete account > and clicking 'Delete profile permanently'. Your profile and personal details will be immediately deleted from the site, without the option to restore them.
After your profile is deleted, we will keep information such as your name, nickname and email address for anti-fraud and anti-spam purposes and as a reference, to prevent any abuse or misuse of our services. Your profile will not be visible anywhere on the site.
Warning: Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed on the Internet to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by other users or to the extent such information has been shared with search engines. We cannot control this, nor do we accept any liability for this. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal data they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies.
Removed and deleted information may persist in backup copies for up to 30 days to enable restoration, but will not be available to others in the meantime.
3.3. How do you protect the information you store about me?
Eluosiqizi.com has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, including your personal data. Eluosiqizi.com uses reasonable security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal data such as secured servers using firewalls.

We shall inform you within 72 hours in case there has been a data breach, by sending an email to your registration email address and by posting the announcement on our site's news page.
